I called about 15 dentists and clinics, but everyone was either on holiday or fully booked. No one wanted to take a new patient on the 26 of December. And since there was no pain, the emergency cabinet wasn't an option. Dr. Verheyden is not just very professional and friendly, but he was also the only one who agreed to help tourists(us) during the Christmas holidays (and I assume he spent the personal time to do it). Dr. Jochen May impressed us as one of the most respectful to our needs and concerns; he explained (all in English) his findings and the options to the procedures (in our case not complex by an means), he genuinely cares and is very knowledgable and takes his time to make sure you are treated right. The office is not in the touristic center, yet it is very easily reachable from it. It is in the area called Sulz.; from Barbarossa Platz (center) you take tram # 18 and in about 4-5 stops you are there.The office is in a lovely bldg. and it's very modern, clean and spacious. I would recommend in a heartbeat a visit to this dentist as he is the real thing. By the way thanks to Toytown posters who I found out about this great dentist. Keep it up! P.S. unlike some other doctors, here you can make an appointment over the email, something very helpful indeed!
