Dismissed majority of my symptoms, asked a lot of unrelated health questions, and made me feel pretty awful in general. When I started crying out of frustration, he used my emotions to diagnose me with a migraine issue, even though I don't suffer from headaches often if ever. "My patients don't typically cry in my office, so this tells me you're having a migraine issue" and also made me feel like I was reacting incorrectly / inappropriately when I was simply just frustrated. He told me a lot of things that just aren't true, as if he was trying to gaslight / convince me his diagnosis was correct and he thinks I need to see an allergist - I've taken every OTC allergy med over the past 1.5 years I've dealt with these sinus issues. Telling me sinus issues wouldn't cause inflammation or swelling of the face, brain fog, or that he saw anything in my nose at all. My "favorite" part of the appointment was when he took a few quick moments to stick a tool up my nostrils, then didn't even look at me after or offer me a tissue when my eyes were watering like crazy and snot pouring out of my nose. After several vocal tests and inspection, found I hadn't lost my voice but had a "lesion" on my vocal cord! He stuck all the cameras and the scopes all around my throat and through my nose and everything until I saw a freaking PICTURE of this thing in the screen. Soon we scheduled the surgery, and I am recovering as we speak (no pun intended). His staff is pretty cool and very accommodating, and Brandon, his scheduler is pretty cool and always dresses nice.
