This guy is a NUTT. How did he get those certifications? They must have been stolen or gifted from…read morea family member. This guy SCREWED me up worser than the initial problem. This entire hospital where he works they will simply just have you removed off the earth if you don't have billions of $doe. I was promised a neurosurgeon would be present during the procedure. That was a lie. I was promised by the neurosurgeon that my V2 nerve would not be damaged. That was a lie. This man Mr. Wu cut and removed tissue from the sinus cavity knowing it would not grow back thus leaving a void in my cranial area. Tissue could have been easily garnered from the stomach or any other area of body fat but that was a little too much to do for someone with all those credentials. The same ill feelings this doctor had for me is right back at him and all the bad luck that he put on me I hope it magnifies 10x or greater on him and his generation. His negligence is abhorrent and I started to get off that gurney at 1st mind because his 2 cultural nurses could not even get an iv started in this African American arm. This is the degree of hate and disregard this culture has for even their own culture as communists. I was warned by an elder ENT and read bad things about this hospital if you are not a billionaire client. I'm warning yelp observers run from this man if you want a cocky attitude deviated septum, esophagus infection, nerve tingling in your lips hard pallet and jaw, a nasal voice upon a classically trained opera singer, sensitive to light and a closed eye. Run from him!

Very disappointing consultation. I believe all the low ratings as I experienced it myself first…read morehand. He is so dismissive and came off egotistical from the moment he walked into the room. Dismissed majority of my symptoms, asked a lot of unrelated health questions, and made me feel pretty awful in general. When I started crying out of frustration, he used my emotions to diagnose me with a migraine issue, even though I don't suffer from headaches often if ever. "My patients don't typically cry in my office, so this tells me you're having a migraine issue" and also made me feel like I was reacting incorrectly / inappropriately when I was simply just frustrated. He told me a lot of things that just aren't true, as if he was trying to gaslight / convince me his diagnosis was correct and he thinks I need to see an allergist - I've taken every OTC allergy med over the past 1.5 years I've dealt with these sinus issues. Telling me sinus issues wouldn't cause inflammation or swelling of the face, brain fog, or that he saw anything in my nose at all. My "favorite" part of the appointment was when he took a few quick moments to stick a tool up my nostrils, then didn't even look at me after or offer me a tissue when my eyes were watering like crazy and snot pouring out of my nose. Just aggressively telling me he doesn't think I have a sinus infection. I don't like this doctor at all, will be finding a new ENT bye

As my wife and I are over 70 y/o, we have consulted dozens of physicians, in an array of…read morespecialties, both in the L.A. and NYC areas. Dr. Rafii is in an elite class. He is a master of his ENT craft. Highly knowledgeable and just as caring. Most physicians we've encountered don't review a patient's information, until the actual visit. Dr. Rafii was beyond well prepared. The office is very well run. Thanks, Practice Manager, Brandon. If you need ENT attention and/or value your vocal health, no reason to go elsewhere.

All the other doctors were booked out two weeks and had layers upon layers of bureaucracy, but Dr. Raffi's practice is "concierge" and made an appointment for me at the end of his day so I ran to Beverly Hills. His appointment cost was only 25 dollars more than my local doctors and I didn't have to wait. After several vocal tests and inspection, found I hadn't lost my voice but had a "lesion" on my vocal cord! He stuck all the cameras and the scopes all around my throat and through my nose and everything until I saw a freaking PICTURE of this thing in the screen. Soon we scheduled the surgery, and I am recovering as we speak (no pun intended). His staff is pretty cool and very accommodating, and Brandon, his scheduler is pretty cool and always dresses nice. The nurses are kind and prompt as well. I had a question once and tried to call outside operating hours and Dr. Raffi even called me on his personal cell phone promptly afterwards. I don't think one can expect much better than this...

I had a visit with Dr. Anna Hsu today and couldn't wait to come home and give her a raving review…read more She was on time for the appointment, which can be rare these days. Her warmth and kindness immediately put me at ease. She listened to me as if I was her only patient. I trusted Dr. Hsu within moments of meeting her. She validated the choices I made regarding the stone I had in my saliva gland, as well as recommended aftercare and a CT scan just to check out the gland after I passed the stone. She spoke to me in layman's terms but with the obvious knowledge of being in practice for many years. She's kind, fun, and smart!! I highly recommend Dr. Hsu and will be recommending her to my friends.

I initially went in to get my deviated septum checked out and it turned out that I also had very enlarged adenoids. She was very thorough and honest with how she could help me and how the process of the surgery would be specifically tailored to my anatomical needs. I am now one week and some change post surgery and I already notice a big improvement in my breathing. I cannot recommend her enough. Not only is she an incredible doctor with profound knowledge, she is also a very kind and personable person that has amazing bedside manners. For any future issues I have relating to my ears, nose, and throat I will 100% be coming back to her.
