The knowledgeable staff guides you through legendary cured meats. The quality of these vintage acorn-fed hams does not compare to anything else; smooth, richly marbled, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. It is some of the finest hamon you can find. It is expensive though. For this plate we spent $100 euro.
Finding a seat is virtually impossible when busy; seating is sparse, and on busy days you might wait 20 minutes just to snag a standing table. Be patient, that wait is absolutely worth it.
