Horrible horrible horrible experience!
If i could give negative stars, I would.
1. I called at 730 am on the day of my dad's appointment to make sure everything was ready and set to go. It's a hassle to get him into the vehicle which is why I wanted to make sure he was set. I was assured he was cleared to be seen. Great if it was true. Lie!
2. My dad's appointment was at 830 am, we were down the road and tell me why I get a call at 828 am to tell me we need to get my dad rescheduled???? I called earlier to make sure all was fine. If he wasn't ready to be seen, that's why I am needed to be told when I called at 730 am!
3. The young lady, Sandra, within that same phone call, tells me his rescheduled appointment is at 430 pm. I plan the following day accordingly for my dad's appointment at 4:30 pm! The following day at 2:12 pm I am called to confirm his appointment for 3:45. His appointment was scheduled for 4:30 pm and everyone in the vehicle heard Sandra say 4:30pm.
4. I rush my children from a play date, sent someone to get my father and WAKE HIM FROM HIS NAP while I was left at the building to fill out his paperwork. Sandra says there is a 10 minute grace period and asks if my father is near. My father WAS IN THE FREAKING PARKING LOT and walked through the doors SECONDS after that 10 minute grace period... this then leads to Sandra explaining that my father needs to be rescheduled because THE THERAPIST said my dad went over the grace period (by seconds im not even lying) and a new patient is set to come in to be seen just like my dad and that patient is coming in 5 to 10 minutes early.
My father hadn't even been seen as a patient and too many incidents happened causing me to provide this negative feedback. read more
