I took my grandmother here for her knee struggles. I was extremely pleased with how kind, patient and understanding they were with her. They took extra care to be sure they understood what other health conditions she's managing, so that they could recommend the safest treatment options available to her. Handwriting can be very difficult for those managing arthritis, so I was impressed to see that they offer Ipads to fill out the forms they request. The only complaint we have is that parking and getting into the building is difficult for the disabled. While the parking garage has elevators, there are oddly very few handicap parking spaces available. Because there were so few, they were all occupied, on all levels. Thankfully my grandma is a pretty dainty woman and I was able to keep control over her wheelchair, as I had to push her up and down the sloping parking garage. But had she been alone, she wouldn't have been able to get herself into the building and would have been in a dangerous situation attempting as such. read more

Dr zahri is the rudest doctor I have ever encountered and he treated my mother and I with such disrespect. he made my mother feel as if she were making the pain up and that I smelled terrible because she smoked and that he was allergic to smoke. To say the least we will never be back and this will be addressed. He talked down to me calling me a little girl and made my mother feel worthless. I'm sorry that I have to cope with the world by smoking and I smoke because of people like Dr zahri. read more
