The patients scheduled after me got to be seen earlier because of my misfortune and doc gets to go to lunch earlier. I cannot get results of my test until June 3rd. JUNE FECKING 3RD!!!!!!! Get to continue walking around, no hobbling around in pain for another 9 days but the doctor got an early lunch! Totally unacceptable !!!!

So, I have had mixed feelings about this practice. Up front I will say that I have never dealt with…read morea reception team more kind and empathetic than the ladies who work in the Saratoga office. They went out of their way to try to help me when I was having an acute back issue and could not get out of my house except by ambulance. Next, I have never met with Dr. Herzog, as I am not a surgical candidate. Where this practice has left me feeling unheard is that I've seen Rick (PA) several times now and he has never actually seemed to listen to me. He had incorrect information when he saw me in the hospital and said he was going to recheck my MRI but then never came back to clear things up with me. I understand this practice is primarily surgical but I feel there is no excuse to walk out on a patient without going over next steps , non-surgical options, etc. Being in Saratoga Hospital leaves no other option but being seen by this practice for back issues. Moving forward, I would choose to go to Albany Med in order to be able to see a different doctor that I have found.
