My regular dentist coordinated with Bailey to remove the wire and put it back on after filling the cavity. Unfortunately, due to a blizzard the night before, my regular dentist ran 30 minutes late because of the road conditions. This caused us to miss our 12:10pm appointment to have the wire reattached at Bailey. I had mentioned this possibility to the hygienist before leaving Bailey (my dentist had called to inform me of the delay), and she told me they take lunch at 12:30 pm. However, she advised that if we were running late from our other appointment, we should call and return as the wire had to be put back on. Thus, once the cavity was filled, my regular dentist called Bailey, explained he had just finished the filling, and advised us to head down to Bailey. Bailey was indeed closed for lunch when we arrived, so I returned when they reopened at 1:45 pm and explained the situation to the front desk associate. Instead of understanding a situation outside my control, the receptionists blamed me for missing the appointment, saying I didn't allow enough time between appointments! However, I didn't make or coordinate the appointments; Bailey and my regular dentist handled that. I simply stated that their coordinated appointments worked for my schedule. When I tried to explain this, the receptionist told me there was nothing they could do; fitting us in would cause other people to have to wait, and I would have to return when they had an opening. Here, it's important to note that putting a wire back on takes approximately 10 minutes. I told the receptionist I lived 30 minutes from the practice and had already driven down as instructed. Again, she said no, I'd have to return when they had an opening. I can understand being busy. However, I can't understand blaming a client for something they had no control over, for being unwilling to make accommodations, or for being rude. If I hadn't paid for my daughter's braces already, I would find someone else with better front desk staff. I will definitely do this for my youngest daughter, who also needs braces.

He came up with a treatment plan for me to fix some other issues before starting braces (and even for after as I'll need restorative work done), and because of that I'm really confident in the outcome. Dr. Bailey is down to earth and his office is really nice and easy going. I never felt pressured or sold into them, and they're always available if any issues come up.

Horrible experience!!! If you go to this place make sure you compare your EOB from your insurance…read moreto what they charge you!!! I've been dealing with this since 2022! The bills make no sense and it doesn't match what my insurance is saying I'm supposed to pay! Also, as much as I kept on asking for the bill with the explanation.... Nothing! They always say they are sending it and NOTHING!!! Since 2023!! I work very hard to earn my money to feel like I'm taking advantage of! Report to the insurance!! Share the word! They owe me close to $600 and just sent me a $25 check in the mail! It seems like they don't have core values or integrity! Which is sucks because they look like a good place! My question is, if their billing is so transparent then why I'm not getting an explanation in the mail or over the phone about it?! Very weird!

I've been going to Cheyenne Mountain Modern Dentistry for about 3 years now and have seen all of…read moretheir doctors and most of their hygienists. The staff are all generally kind and their doctors are knowledgeable. The quality of care seems pretty average and they are somewhat attentive... The struggles I have with them are: - Upselling. I have dental insurance, yet I am always out of pocket WAY more then I thought I would be going in. With little reason, I am just told 'this is what you need' without any WHY I need it. - I never get follow up calls or explanations from them - i.e. My EOB from my insurance states different billing codes and amounts then what I was charged and no one has followed up with me - it's been nearly three months. - The employees never seem to know answers to questions I ask - I.E. what type of work am I having done? How long is my appointment? When should my son be seen? etc etc. I am met with employees who don't know, have to 'get back to me' and just are not trained well AT ALL. My story lies here: During my pregnancy, I was told everything was great. After having my son, I am immediately met with "you should have been seen every 3 months" and was told it was MY FAULT. I got back into cleanings and a plan and even had a bridge completed (something I have been waiting 20 years to do.) Bridge was done with complications which I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK and when I called they said it was because the doctor was on vacation - they blamed my doctor! Talk about unsupportive staff. Now I am being told I need ANOTHER deep cleaning WITH genetic testing and it's more money. Red flags you guys! Do better. I have yet to get a call back to really explain to me WHY I've paid what I've paid and WHY I need more work done. I don't know if I'll go back to be honest.
