I contacted Bill to try to help me understand the documents and to try to figure out some way to dispose of the timeshare. He was able to explain the documents to me and we contacted the company directly while in his office. Both of us spoke to the company rep and after about 20 minutes Bill was able to convince them that due to my age (81) that I was not using it anymore and wanted to be rid of it. They agreed to let me get out of the contract and said they would send me the documentation to complete the process. I could not believe how quickly and easily he was able to accomplish this. Approximately one month later I received documents in the mail from the company which allowed me to turn over the time share to them. I filled out the papers, had them notarized and mailed them back. I would definitely recommend Bill to anyone I know.

I was told by them that Bill Blackford, Esq. was handling the estate and that I should work through him. Over the course of getting the necessary repairs made and then showing and selling the house, Bill and I worked together closely to get the job done. At one point, I asked him to please get rid of the parked car in front of the house so it would show better (and allow someone a place to park.) Bill had it sold and moved in no time at all! He promptly paid all vendors for the repair work they did for us, was responsive to completing all required paperwork quickly, and kept everything else rolling promptly, right up to an on-time settlement. I give him a 5-star review!

Peter is not only sharp and well-prepared, but he truly puts his heart into fighting for his clients. He explained every step in a way we could understand, always made time for our questions, and never once made us feel alone in the process. Because of his dedication and skill, we had the outcome we had hoped for. Peter is the kind of attorney who treats your case like it matters--and that's exactly who you want on your side. If you're searching for an attorney and wondering who you can really trust, look no further. You've found him. Peter is the one you want in your corner.

Once I paid to obtain my attorney, they hit the ground running the SAME DAY! by obtaining evidence and sending emails to the prosecutor. My experience elsewhere prior was completely different. I really wish I could be transparent enough to show how much of a difference it was between my other two attorneys vs here. The day of court, Mr. Ott showed up looking like a tall glass of water(which is how I'd like my attorney to look). I hope this isn't taken the wrong way if his wife sees this. I promise I am happily married but still appreciate that he arrived dressed for success. He actually was able to have my case heard earlier and dropped before I even arrived to court and honestly I can't explain how grateful I was to not have to step foot inside a court room. While I am super happy with my service here, I still hope I never need them again but I will most certainly keep this contact forever!

At a time when…read moreyou're fighting for your life, you need to know that you're in experienced and capable hands. Listen to me clearly, the court system is not always fair. You need someone who understands this, knows the law, Maryland's court system, and has experience navigating all its woes. Todd is THE Attorney for that job!! He helped me through the toughest time of my life. My family and I were up against insurmountable odds but thankfully we found Todd. Prior to hiring Todd, I had just suffered a devastating loss in court with another attorney who admittedly could not manage my custody case. When doing my research on who was the best attorney to take my case in Howard County, Maryland, Todd's name kept coming up. Todd represented me fiercely and brought resolve to my impossible situation, and my situation was an impossible one. Furthermore, he and his staff showed great compassion for my situation and was very kind, caring, and respectful to me and my family. On behalf of my family and I, we are eternally grateful, eternally!! He is worth every penny and had I had more to give, I'd happily buy him a new house as a tip. THANK YOU and GOD BLESS YOU ALWAYS TODD!!!!

Unfortunately, I did not see him follow through on any of these big promises. I often had to call him multiple times to follow up on settlement offers, counter offers, and information about my case. When I expressed the need for extra explanation of the legal process as an immigrant - he told me that I "talk too much" and his staff was demeaning and discouraging when I asked for help with questions. And his staff is mainly Stacy the legal assistant. He even went so far as to make disparaging and unprofessional comments about my ethnicity and religion and spoke poorly of his other clients to me, sharing details of their cases. I found Todd highly unprofessional and difficult to work with. If you want someone who is responsive and thorough - do not work with Todd and his team

Then they added my personal information and email to a mailing list without my consent in order to send me newsletters and promotions. I queried them, and they responded that they do this for all clients; my experience suggests they do so for anyone who contacts them via email, whether or not they become a client. To their credit, they responded to my queries, though not with a great deal of information about what they'd done with my personal information. Email headers suggest that, while their third party does provide some privacy protections, they still send emails in the clear. Frame & Frame doesn't appear to accept that this practice shares their client list with anyone who has access to the public and private servers their emails flow through. I believe that best practice, for the sake of privacy, for lawyers not to operate a newsletter or promotional email list. If they feel they must, it should be opt-in by client request, and the communication should be encrypted, meaning clients should have to either enter in a password they receive separately or use a token stored on their machine, or should have to log in to a server to see the message. I've seen lawyers engage in lax security practices that I, as an computer engineer, fine a little scary. This is one of them. This firm appears to be highly rated. If they wish to live up to this rating in the 2020s and beyond, they should hire a cyber-security expert, explain legal privacy needs to the person (this isn't an area cyber-security experts tend to understand) and have them go over Frame & Frame's policies, systems, and procedures, ensuring their systems, practices, and procedures are well-documented and NIST compliant. And they should go through another cyber-security review every 2-3 years. All law firms should do this.
