And his staff is mainly Stacy the legal assistant. He was able to explain the documents to me and we contacted the company directly while in his office. Both of us spoke to the company rep and after about 20 minutes Bill was able to convince them that due to my age (81) that I was not using it anymore and wanted to be rid of it. They agreed to let me get out of the contract and said they would send me the documentation to complete the process. I could not believe how quickly and easily he was able to accomplish this.
