We had been looking for a B&B that would have sort of a cottage-feel to it but instead we found this hotel that totally made the cut! So, fresh room, nice interior but sadly the beds were too hard (bumps it down a star). The location was a little deceptive to the pictures, it looked like it was seated in the forrest but the front was actually facing a street. The back however had a beautiful garden with a small wood connected to it. Great for a little dog walk in the evening and morning (yeah, dogs are allowed). Breakfast was very nice, although it was 25 € extra per person. There was freshly fried eggs, bacon, champagne, juice (although not freshly squeezed which would be recommendable for 25 € extra), coffee or tea served in a pot at the table, lots of bread, fresh fruits, yoghurts, salmon, mozzarella etc etc. The hallways and basically the whole hotel had an old but beautiful interior. I think it's a must see!

Check in was not until 3p and after I told the receptionist I had just flown in from the USA, she immediately arranged for the room to be prepared and within 30 minutes I was in bed. What an awesome, cozy hotel room located in the center of the city. I stayed in the Dream suite, but each is different with varied themes. The owner (Nadja) arrived late afternoon and served a homemade Gin & Tonic from the hotel bar (also quite cozy). The most amazing G&T ever made with specialty local Gin and tonic water and a story to cap off the experience. She offers G&T mixology classes there as well. Not sure if Hotel Bliss is five star rated with Trip Advisor, but the service and experience is a 10 in my book! Worth a trip to Holland and the city of Breda for the "Bliss"!
