It's always best to eat any pizza at any restaurant right after it's popped fresh out the oven. My wife had the burger, Il Campione. Beware, this burger meat is of "Maialino nero" which literally translates to black little pig. Also known as Nero Siciliano, this breed of pig is only found in Sicily.
