They point out and demonstrate martial applications, discuss related philosophy and welcome questions. In addition to the form, we have learned "Tai Chi walking," two-person "push-hands" practices, standing meditation, various "qi gong" movements, diaphragmatic & related breathing techniques, and unique and interesting warm-up exercises. Tiger Crane's studio is well-lit, spacious and inviting in a sparkling new location. Overall, Tiger Crane is a great place to learn Tai Chi. I highly recommend this establishment as well as Tai Chi, in general, for people of all ages and body types to enhance physical fitness and mental ability. As Tiger Crane's full name indicates, they also teach Kung Fu (and they do a good job here, too, as their Kung Fu students win regional tournaments.)

I'll start by saying that I don't know where I would be without Dr. Kelty! She has 100% turned my…read morehealth around. After struggling with gastrointestinal issues since I was a child that have increased in severity as I got older she was the ONLY person to diagnose and treat me correctly. After 18 months with her I went from tired and in pain constantly to feeling the best in my life. As a bonus, all this and some additional support from her, helped me get pregnant and have a great pregnancy and delivery with no issues! She assisted with my diet choices and prescribed and arsenal of natural supplements (no drugs!) to get me healthy. Not only do I feel cured and able to manage my issues but I did it all in a healthy way. Some of you reading this might be undecided as to if this is the right choice for you. My advice would be that you have NOTHING to loose! Take the steps to try it out and give it a chance even if it doesn't seem like it's "your thing". I can confidently say you won't regret it and you'll be so happy you did. I feel so strongly about natural medicine now that I couldn't imagine anything else. I have seen this proven in others through her as well so this is not just my experience. It's a lot of effort, and you need to really commit to her treatment plan but I have every confidence it will work for you. I can't thank her enough for what she has done for me! This field of medicine surely does not receive the credit and attention it deserves!

I asked very nicely if they could take it in the hall or common area, it's posted as a rule not to talk on the floor. He looked at me like he wanted to kill me and kept talking. Spencer, a trainer, was about 10 feet away. I asked him if he could please tell him to not take a call here. He said he couldn't. He could do it later. I said I don't understand, it would take 3 seconds to ask, you just talked to me longer than that, just ask him please. He said he couldn't, in a way that seemed like teasing, like he was tying to make me feel petty for asking. I went downstairs and complained to the person at the desk. When I went back upstairs Spencer came right up to me and said he asked him and he hung up the phone. It was obvious now he had been teasing me, because he came right up to me to try to patch it over. No one likes to be ridiculed. This is the first time something like this happened. There is a man there who stares at people. A few weeks ago he walked up to me and yelled in my face when I asked him not to stare at me. I told him to please move away from me, he didn't. I mentioned it to the spikey haired guy at the desk who said "Oh ya, he's does that a lot, I know exactly who you're talking about." Nothing has been done, and this guy continues to roam around there looking to pick a fight. They need to take care of members. Something is wrong here. I'm leaving. I was told that they had no staff available to give me a tour, however there were 2 staff at the desk. Additionally the staff at the front desk were very condescending, disrespectful and uncooperative. When we entered she seemed very annoyed. Overall I felt as though this experience was underwhelming and I was left dissatisfied.
