My mom used to go here, and they also came highly recommended by some of my friends who are pretty sporty. It's been about three weeks of working with the team at Jaguar and everyone is great. While it seems typically you'll have at lead PT, mine is Christian, they all work together to help the clients reach their best. I've worked with Justin and Danny too and they have all made me feel comfortable and keep me educated on what's going on and how I can get better. Patty and Will in the front are super friendly too, as well as the PTs in training Cecil and Alex. The space is clean, the staff is attentive, and they have great equipment. They also offer acupuncture and chiropractor services, too. Each session takes about an hour, and what I like best is they truly take their time to make sure you're getting the most out of each session. While I don't wish the need to go to Physical therapy on anyone, Jaguar Therapeutics is definitely a great option if you are in that place. They have multiple locations, too. I was told I needed to send an email to process the cancellation, which I did. On February 24, I received a response confirming that they had "gone ahead and cancelled your agreement." However, nearly two months later, they have still refused to issue a refund for the $220 charge. Here is email I sent on February 23, 2026 at 12:39 PM: Dear Sir or Madam, Document ID #: agr3468-127885237-66392779-c75413-sg2956 SMS PIN Code Authentication #: 4640804 [7211] I am writing following my phone conversation with your center. Due to a significant worsening of my pain since receiving treatment at your facility, I am formally requesting cancellation of the above-referenced agreement, effective immediately. My condition today is considerably worse than it was prior to the visit, and I am unable to proceed further under this agreement. Please confirm in writing that this agreement has been canceled and that no further charges will be applied. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
