Poor customer service, and very expensive electricity and tariff charge rates , shop around consumers you can do better . Do yourself a favour do not get hurt in your hip pocket and rue the day you needed electricity, just do your homework and find an energy provider who will not rip you off blind. I spoke to Richard (I think) in Adelaide today and he was the most condescending twat I have ever dealt with. Rude and aggressive and not will to listen to my questions or able to clearly explain their billing rates. I have now arranged a new account with another (much cheaper) provider and I will NEVER use Origin Energy again. read more
