So much so that I scheduled a full hour for Monday before leaving. My main concern was lumpiness and stiffness in my thighs after not having the proper compression post-lipo. When I left his table they were so much smoother, the swelling/bruising had evened out, and I could stand straight up after sitting for an extended period of time! She even stays in the cryotherapy room the entire time to monitor your treatment and how you were doing in the chamber. Being a first timer, this was very comforting and welcomed. In addition to cryotherapy, they have an experienced massage therapist(s) trained in medical massage. Needless to say, I am booked for both next week. Today's treatment has left me feeling hopeful that there is an alternative beyond options given by the physician.
