Terrible customer service. My daughter went in tonight - she & her brother go there regularly but…read morenot any more!! I'm English but I had been paid in Scottish £20 notes so I gave her one to pay for her food. The guy refused to take it so I went in. He said it was their policy not to take them. I went down to the bank and they said there was nothing wrong with it and that they should accept it. Instead she went to Greggs and spent her money there. It transpires the same guy served them on Saturday when she was in with her friends. 2 of them had bought food so sat down at the table to eat but they had a friend with them who didn't have enough money. The guy told him he had to leave unless he bought something so he bought a drink - they took his money- then told him he still had to leave as he hadn't bought something to eat!!!
