The shop girl who helped me was very friendly and helpful. She patiently helped me find 3 different scents, one for my daughter-in-law and two for myself. The shop carries many different french parfum brands and hand made jewelry that was very beautifully displayed. I was so pleased with the scents selected and know they will bring joy to my daughter-in-law and myself for years to come. Later that evening I brought my husband and his colleague to show them the shop, as we were dining in the area. The same girl very patiently helped him find a scent for his girlfriend. I recommend L'Autre Parfum to anyone looking for a special gift or a treat for yourself!

I sent customer service an email with lots of pictures of my ears and earrings with blood and they answered back with "it has been more than 30 days since purchase and you wore them so you get no return". That WAS the issue, wearing them and having a bad reaction to them. Spent over 150€ and have nothing to show for it that I can use. Very poor customer care and concern once they have your money.
