When the new seats arrived in a completely different color & pattern, I emailed Alecia. With no response in a week, I called. She said they would not accept return of the incorrect seats and it was my problem. When I explained the trolling motor they said was in good working order had overheated & shorted out. She hung up on me. They all acted like a trustworthy family business but definitely don't care about their customers or conducting business in a reputable manner. Don't even consider going there. I am not looking for a warranty on my purchase, only to receive what was agreed upon prior to sale, MAYCHING FABRIC SEAT REPLACEMENTS $900 value. Aleica wouldn't accept a return complaining of return shipping costs and hanging up on me instead of working towards a resolution.
