Keli sent a team of 4 and in 4 hours they had space planned the kitchen, unpacked all three boxes, and put everything away. Then they moved into the playroom where they organized and put away all the toys and started on 2 kids rooms and my closet! I was blown away with how much they got done in such a short time. I plan to have them back once all of our belongings arrive to do the garage and office!

I absolutely am a fan and endorse her work based on my experience. I originally called Organized by Keli because I was moving in from out of state and I had sprained my ankle badly right before the move. I knew I would need help so I interviewed via email and phone a few organizers I found via Google and Yelp in the area. I found Keli easy to talk with and liked how she worked. What I didn't have a good time with, however, was with the movers. Turns out my ankle injury was to have time to heal before our stuff would arrive due to a serious truck driver shortage and our belongings remained in a warehouse waiting for a driver... for 40 days. It was over a month before I can give Keli an actual date range when our stuff would finally arrive... at a time when my husband would be away and I would have to tackle it all solo. When I booked and pre-paid Keli, just knowing that she would be coming with her team helped me to be more relaxed about the daunting task ahead. When the items were finally piled in my house, Keli was able to work flexibly with me on getting her team out to help me. My ankle was healing but the arrival of our things means there was only two weeks before the kids start their school year! Talk about being behind an eight ball! Luckily Keli had a great team of people who put in 24 hours of man hours in a day. They were able to get the Kitchen AND Master Bedroom with 2 closets all done in the first day! Second day they worked on the office, basement, and kids bedrooms. Keli and her team are the nicest people who I definitely didn't mind around my house and around my kids. I ended up purchasing a few extra hours outside of my package to fine-tune things and I am also super thankful for the team helping to get rid of all the boxes that were processed!

This room was the bane of our existence, an energy sucker, a time sucker, and the source of many an argument. And then we got help from Pam from Mindful Decluttering & Organizing and boy do we feel a lot better! Pam was calm, helpful, and non-judgemental about our stuff. She not only helped us clear our clutter (she got down and dirty right along with us), but also gave us simple, easy-to-follow tips for how we can prevent clutter from accumulating again! In addition, she had us agree on deadlines for when to complete certain work and she asked my husband and me to agree on who was going to be responsible for what stuff. She taught us accountability, but in a gentle way. Your stuff can cause a lot of stress, but Pam takes the stress away. I'm sure her work has kept many partnerships together! It really is amazing how living simply, with less stuff, makes us feel so much better!

I carried on the tradition in my own home, including the Hugh cluttered mess. My cupboard had become so full of first aid product, pain and headache medication, box's of flu and cold medication and a slue of medicine dispensers that I would knock things over getting to what I was looking for. It was a mess! Pam provided step by step instructions in the form of a booklet and verbal communication. Her support and encouragement very step of the way took away the dread I had built up in my mind. Once the project was completed I had a since of freedom and pride in the accomplishment. I am ready to take on my next project with Pam. We are going to schedule a virtual session. Should be fun! Thank you, Kim LMT

Really wonderful company, great experience with them. From Renee who was my designer, to Leonel and…read moreIvan who installed, I am really happy with the quality of my closet, design, and purchase process. Pricing was really fair too. I went through Costco so I liked the benefits that got me. So for the longer version... I had a few companies come out to give me quotes. I had one lady who was super rude, got upset when I told her I was getting other quotes, behaved as if this was her first time in someone's house, acted like she knew better than I, what I should have in my closet, drew my closet out by hand with pen and whiteout (what is this, the 90's?), and tried to upcharge me on everything, all the while telling me I was getting a 55% discount. Renee came in, was very polite, friendly, asked me what *I* wanted and then drew to those specifications, was very easy to work with, wasn't pushy, didn't use used-car-sales tactics, and the pricing was way better than any of the other quotes. Plus the design was via computer software so it was easy to visualize. And in between the design and install, she was very communicative about everything. Leonel and Ivan came in to install. Were very professional, cleaned up and were such lovely gentlemen. They took the time to explain everything and asked me to inspect before they left, which I really appreciated. The only thing I was a bit unhappy with was that I asked for the closets to be a certain width, hoping that it would be the insides, but unfortunately it included the wood, so sadly I can't use the hardware/baskets I was planning to add to my closet. That said, I willl gladly use Closet Factory for my next closet!

As a whole, the built-in is sturdy and beautifully built; moreover, all of my computer equipment fits seamlessly inside with no unsightly cords. I especially appreciated the design support for this project; having Elizabeth's assistance was crucial in designing a built-in that perfectly fits my needs. Despite the delays during the installation, based on the design support and the quality of the finished product, I would not hesitate to work with Closet Factory in the future. Original Review: I contacted Closet Factory in early September to request a built-in bookcase and desk for my home office. After working with my designer, Elizabeth -- who was and remains great -- I was told it would take a couple of weeks to order and receive the required materials. I was given an installation date of 2-3 October. On the first day of the installation, the installation team discovered that several components were the wrong size, either ordered incorrectly or sent by the manufacturer in the incorrect size. The job is less than half-completed in my office (I work from home) while we wait for replacement materials. That was October 3rd. They did attempt to charge my credit card as if they had completed the job. To their credit, when I called about the charge for the second half of the total cost (I had paid the first half upfront), they promptly refunded the amount, pending the actual completion of their contractual obligations.
