The stoic older man in the back was who I was assigned when I got in. I went with my SIL and we were separated by several rows of empty stations. She got a full set and gel put on in the same time it took for me to have my ordeal. He decided that I needed a fill in even though I only came in for a polish change. Probably to up charge me. I agreed to it because I wanted my nails to look fresh. He dug at the overlay over and over with the machine in an attempt to make it smooth and tore the skin at my cuticles. I jumped 3 times and on the 4th time told him not to touch it again that it was bleeding and it hurt. He then TOUCHED IT AGAIN AND CLIPPED AT IT WITH NAIL CLIPPERS. He kept digging his sharp thumb nail into my hand and twisting to work instead of him moving to accommodate. He asked what shape I wanted and I said square with rounded corners. He shook his head and got to work...he filed for almost 30 minutes...and botched my nails. He put on the gel and got it all over the place and kept turning on the light while he continued to file over the gel more because he knew he was doing a crappy job. My nails look misshapen and some are square and some are round. They have dimples and ripples all over. I am very disappointed with the service received by the man in the back. Next time if the nice girl in the front isn't available I'll go to another salon.
