There is one employee who has come to my rescue when I locked my keys and phone in my car while vacuuming. As embarrassing as it was, he offered me his personal phone to call a locksmith and made sure I was taken care of. Today is Valentine's Day and this same man, who seems to always be there, greeted me with a flower after he ensured my car was in proper alignment to continue through the wash. It was unexpected and I thought it was such a nice touch for this location to spread a little love to its customers.

Would you believe I went back to get my free car wash and he comes out yelling at me again. I went in to his wife and told her to pull my car out of line I had had enough of him.
