We went to look at baby carriers. It took 20 minutes to find the guy responsible for this area. I found two other people who looked at me incredulously and then rudely told me that they of course can't help (they didn't even try to call anyone). We finally found the baby carrier "guru" who told us to buy the least ergonomic one. When we questioned his choice based on recommendations by doctors, midwifes and chiropractors he turned to us and said "I have three kids, i used it and they turned out fine" then walked away. They have no patience and have no competence in what they sell. read more
