Mike Goetze, the owner of MG Granite called back promptly following our first telephone message and committed an on-site arrival time with tools to solve the problem. Mike arrived exactly on time as committed. Job was estimated and explained thoroughly with us. Enlarging a pre-drilled hole in a granite countertop is not an easy task, requiring a special diamond drill bit that requires cooling while drilling so as not to damage the existing countertop. Mike cleaned all areas of the sink-atop the drilling area and underneath the sink. MG Granite and Mike Goetze provided very responsive customer service. They also do tile work. We will have MG Granite help us again very soon for other projects.
