Didn't see anything to clean any of the vr arcade, thus not very clean for that. There's a small bar and a small place to snack. The pricing is weird. You must buy a card and the type of card you buy can have extra credits. Weird thing, at the machine, if I take a 75$ card with 20% bonus it give me 45 bonus credit (but doesn't tell me how many credit 75$ give) and with the card and taxes, the total is 100$. If I go at the counter, there's 4 choice where one is 75$ with 60 credits for a total of 360 credits. Price of game range a lot. The little one cost like 6 credits while bigger like activate cost 26 per player, which is normal. I haven't visited an arcade for a long time so I'm unsure if it's a lot or not. You can reserve for comporte event, party and other. There's a small room that you can use for these events. Good place to have some fun.

They have two options available--rock and roll experience or a nature experience. I'm all about being in nature when possible so that was the natural choice of mine (no pun intended!), if I can't be outside, why not experience it inside? There's a few different rooms that you can go into on your own timeframe. The first one had rocking chairs which was lovely but then the rooms after that just had benches scattered throughout. Besides a few rude people having full fledged conversations in the middle of the experience, it was a lovely immersion experience.

When in Montreal a few weeks ago, I had some time to kill my dinner reservation and just happened up on OASIS Immersion (when exploring Montreal's Underground City, I ended up in Palais des Congres, where OASIS is housed). I decided it seemed like a fun way to spend an hour or so before heading to my dinner. I'm glad I stopped by - the show I caught was definitely the best immersive art exhibit I've seen so far. I think they may offer different experiences on different days, but the show I caught was Nature Vive/Root for Nature. The Root for Nature immersive experience brings together several organizations committed to conservation and sustainable development, including the United Nations, the David Suzuki Foundation, the Workshops for biodiversity , the Age of Union Environmental Alliance, the Palais des congrès de Montréal, Tourisme Montréal, WSP and National Geographic. The Experience is produced and traveled by OASIS Immersive Studios in collaboration with National Geographic. The experience had some truly gorgeous nature and landscape photography (I especially loved the first and third galleries), and I found it inspiring and entertaining and well worth the cost of admission. Definitely a great activity for a bad weather day or if you have some time to kill when other things have/are closed!

April 7, 2024 Planetarium in Montreal?…read more This planetarium has two shows: Beyond the Sun, In Search of a New Earth , and We are stars. Costs about $23CAN or $16US. Each of the two shows is about 26 minutes long. Beyond the Sun, In Search of a New Earth is a cartoon type animation designed for elementary school children. We are stars is a more adult oriented movie, with decent astronomical depictions. You need to make paid reservations a day ahead on the planetarium website, as there is a schedule of shows in English, and shows in French, with early day shows in English invariably sold out a day in advance. And the shows are not shown every day of the week. Located near Olympic Stadium in Montreal, just across from the Bioderm. Make you reservations first here at the Planetarium, and then spend the other part of the day at the Bioderm, and Insectarium, a mile away. Olympic Stadium is reachable by metro some 7 miles from downtown Montreal. These are not Imax films, simply ordinary movies, charging a premium price. First planetarium I attended without evening skies, planets, star systems on a domed screen. Could have seen it in a movie theater in French with English subtitles for less, without going to the planetarium.

The exhibits are actually free to visit. Only the movie theatres require tickets. I spend about an…read morehour there to look at meteorites. The only thing that they could improve is to increase the number of English movies played at late afternoon on weekends and mornings on weekdays. The games are exactly what you would expect to find in an arcade, and the prices for credits are quite good. Staff are very friendly, helpful and supportive, and if they see you win a jackpot, they will celebrate your win with you. Cool! The overall atmosphere also has a party like vibe, no matter what time of day you come here, so you aren't missing out. My only "complaint", even though it isn't really one, is that I wish the place was bigger and had a wider selection of games, however I do realize I am being a bit picky. It is still a GREAT place to come hang out at and have fun. I highly recommend checking this place out when in the area. You won't regret it!

This is almost unheard of at other game arcades where they make you pay for tokens to play each game individually-- and we really enjoyed paying upfront and playing freely without having to worry about charges! - the variety of games-- they had so many game consoles (Nintendo 64, Nintendo switch, Game cube) and retro arcade games (pacman, street fighter, mortal kombat) - we spent a few hours here and didn't even notice the time flying by because of how much fun we were having! Absolutely loved being able to play games from childhood and reveling in the nostalgia! - The non-alcoholic drink options-- my fiancee and I do not drink, and we were glad to see non-alcoholic options on the menu for us to enjoy! Overall: HIGHLY recommend this arcade to anyone looking to have nostalgic fun in Montreal!
