Getting a reply from customer service takes considerably longer than 3 hours, in my experience that is - how about 3 weeks? Apparently DHL lost my last parcel and I had to send something like 5 emails before I received a reply. I was starting to get really annoyed in the end, especially as I spent 190 euros and I'm following a specific dietary therapy and I was really in need of those products I ordered. The parcel will now be resent I was told. I shall order again if this goes well, as all else is fine but I do hope that I shall have a chance to experience better customer service in the future.
