We met in person, he offered a sub contract agreement to service a site in London for snow removal and salting. I signed the agreement. I spoke to Jamie and texted him every time we plowed and salted. I also had 2 staff members also reporting to Jamie directly by text. Jamie was very complimentary. Told us we were awesome. We never missed a plow date or salting application. The client never filed 1 complaint about our services. We have not been paid one cent by this paramount operation. It's almost a year now. Excuses and empty promises. Jamie is the smoothest untrustworthy operator I've ever dealt with in 25 years. Be careful out there if you are sub contracting from these guys. This will likely get settled in small claims court once I file my claim.

the most useless and incapable "landscapers" on this planet!!!! they are not landcapers, thry are…read moreland destoyers. i watched them transform over a year our gardens of our building into an absolute travesty!!!! not only that they are super super lazy and just sit in the truck to clock hours!!!!! they do nothing!!!! does their boss know that they are shameful??? they come on their "day" which is wednesday and when its torrential downpour they will sit in their truck and clock full hours then get out and try to show they're doing something. our property manager told them to stop then instead of leaving they sat in the truck to clock their 4 hours!!! crazy!!!!! all winter they didn't even come after the storms. they waited until the snow melted then scraped the pavement!!!!! attatched are pics!!!!! go anywhere else!!!
