Not only does Braelynn's expertise support in U.S. based weddings, she is also an expert for Mexico weddings. Braelynn created timelines, clear expectations, breakdowns on budgets/payments... It seriously was so easy to plan ahead and not feel the weight of the world on our shoulders. Braelynn's designs are so beautifully thought out with the intentionality about the couple and the environment of the wedding. We trusted her input and it truly exceeded our expectations. She really captured us through her work. Braeylnn's agility to take on last minute change/vendor communication is unmatched. My husband and I got married in Cabo during Hurricane Norma. Our venue requested to change our wedding date two days in advance from our original date. This was the day we were leaving for Cabo. Imagine that scenario? Communicating with vendors, guests, and changing the wedding timeline completely? I don't know if she slept, but she did it. My husband and I literally wouldn't have been to do this without her. She made us feel loved, helped us changed our perspective, and shed so much light. She fought for our day to happen, and we are forever thankful for her. Having a wedding planner is a no brainer. But something that Braelynn offers that no one else does is her genuine care about her couples. It's felt in every single detail. We are so blessed to have her in our lives and we will forever recommend her. Thank you for everything Braelynn!

If you have a wedding coming up, please choose Belle Bodas and Braelynn, it is worth every penny…read more I want to preface by saying that my wife and I had originally planned on getting married at Snowpine Lodge at Alta. Due to COVID-19, they messaged us just 6 weeks prior to our ceremony letting us know that they were closed and would be unavailable to reschedule. We immediately panicked not knowing what to do and that's when we decided to seek out a wedding planner. With Braelynn, she wanted to make sure that no matter what we chose, we would have our fairytale wedding even during the pandemic. We were married at the Church of Dirt and had our reception in our family's backyard. Despite the drastic change in scenery, I wouldn't want our wedding any different because it was absolutely perfect down to every detail. Being naïve, I wasn't sure that we needed a wedding planner at first for a backyard (or any) wedding but I was completely wrong. When talking to Braelynn in our first meeting she already planned out who would be best to hire, how it would fit in to our budget, and went over fine details that I would have never thought of. Braelynn is very easy to talk to and loves to work with whatever request you have to make your wedding perfect. In addition to your own requests, she gives out much need advice on what would help that is often overlooked by the bride and groom. I can't stress enough how helpful Braelynn and her team were on our wedding day. Everything was planned out to the minute and the schedule had room to maneuver but she made sure that we were able to enjoy the most important parts of our special day. We were able to relax and enjoy ourselves with family and friends while Belle Bodas and Events made sure that all vendors were taken care of (and also having a good time). If you want your wedding as stress free as possible, please do yourself a favor and hire Belle Bodas because it will be the best decision for your wedding.

Hiring Hoopes was the best decision I made…read more I found Hoopes online through reviews so I want to be sure to share my feedback! We were thrown quite a curve ball the day of my wedding in that due to a completely unforeseeable situation, our venue became unavailable. I work as a project manager and can admit I am a very hands-on and organized person. I originally did not plan to hire any additional planning or coordinating services but finally decided an extra pair of hands would be helpful. Even if everything had gone according to plan, Roberta & Shelby were SO much more than just the extra pair of hands I thought I needed. There was no way any of us could have predicted the last minute venue change, but Roberta & Shelby handled it flawlessly. Without them, no amount of my organization or planning could have pulled off our wedding the way they did. Roberta was incredibly professional. She notified me early on of the changes, but only after she had time to begin working out a new action plan. I appreciated being kept in the loop, but also appreciated that she didn't call me the second the news broke...informing me of problems without potential solutions to offer would have been extra stress I didn't need in that moment. Roberta & Shelby were also absolutely in sync with Park City Resort and all of my other vendors. The communication and coordination was excellent. Because they had both taken the time to get to know me and understand my vision in the weeks leading up to the wedding, they did an amazing job of recreating our decor in a new venue space. Everything was exactly how I would have liked to see it, even though I wasn't available to provide any input. The planning leading up to our wedding was also perfectly executed. Roberta & Shelby asked the right questions, ran with my ideas, and prompted me to think about different approaches when appropriate. Roberta & Shelby are both extremely capable and professional, but what makes them stand a part from other professionals in your field is how genuine they are. They genuinely wanted to make this wedding my dream wedding, and they went above and beyond at every turn. Roberta even offered to hold our guest's baby during dinner so the couple could enjoy their meal. Although this wasn't something I saw, at least 20 of my guests did notice and made a point to tell me how amazing the Hoopes team was! That's exactly the kind of detail only a person genuinely committed to delivering an above and beyond experience would even think to do. My husband (!) and I are blown away by the HOOPES team.

When I first contacted these guys they seemed awesome and the lady I talked to understood what we…read morewere looking for perfectly. We had agreed on a genre and theme. We told them we had uptight family on both sides and didn't want anything crass or edgy. nothing sexual or explicit. They said they completely understood. they were super supportive all the way up to the wedding. On the day of the wedding the DJ showed up but it wasn't who we were told would be there. we got some friend or employee who didn't seem to know what she was doing. she expressed that she was newer which was mildly alarming because we paid in full for someone who WASNT newer. She was completely unaware of the plan for the wedding layout and didn't know where to set up. we had to walk her through everything that was already planned and written in the wedding plans. As the wedding was going we noticed that we were past due for our next activity and the DJ completely missed the que. we had to tell her that we needed to move on and she did at that point. we mentioned that we need her to keep the party moving along and that she can use the timed planner to know when to do everything (which she already should have known). she didn't announce any future activity without being reminded. we did the cake cutting, bouquet toss, couples games, father/daughter, and mother/son dances all having to remind her to move the event along. by the end we just asked her to do the music and we'll have a groomsman come up and do announcements with the mic. That was the best solution to that problem. When the dance started we were surprised to hear one of the most awkward playlists ever at a wedding. we had specifically asked for no more than 2 line dances, no hard language, and basically a fun, upbeat 60s-80s love songs and songs that could be danced to. What played was 2000s funk pop with swearing, rap, and lewd lyrics. None of these songs were well known. they were obscure and strange. sounded like they were all by Diggable Planets but with a dirty mouth. And when we asked her to get back on the playlist they said they had prepared, she played no less than 6 line dances in a row. needless to say, both sides of the family were awkward and many guests left once the music started. we had to keep asking her to play the requested genres. The songs would veer back off track after every 3rd song or so. every time we looked to see what was happening, the DJ seemed lost in her own world jamming to these songs like she was in her own bedroom rather than DJing at our wedding. We were just exasperated with this performance. By the end of the night I had multiple people come up to me and comment how strange the music was at the wedding and ask me if i meant something by it. My wife and I summed up the night and tabulated all the happening at the wedding to see how things went. We found that it would have been more affordable to buy professional speakers like the ones they brought and to play our own songs off our own phone. The DJ didn't MC like we agreed. Didn't play the right songs we agreed to. Didn't pay attention to the playlists. Didn't read the room, didn't adapt back to the intended course that was previously agreed to. if you order from here MAKE SURE YOU GET THE EXACT DJ YOU ASK FOR. We got the wish.com DJ.

I barely give this place one star. The only reason I do is because it was close for my family and…read morefriends and it was easily accessed. The location is pretty but the staff and owner are of poor quality. I had my wedding ceremony here and I had it booked over a month in advance. When I went to look at the reception center I was planning to have the ceremony on the roof top but if the weather was poor then i was told it would be on the main floor since it has wood floors and is decorated more for a ceremony. The second floor is pretty but it is typically used for luncheons and receptions. So I spoke to Anissa who is in charge of all of the things that goes on in the reception center. When I spoke to her she said yes if it is bad weather you will be on the main floor since i give preference to the brides rather than luncheons. Then she stated that it would only be $150 for the ceremony to take place there. So i agreed thinking it was a good deal. She wrote me a receipt but no contract or anything. If you go here make them put stuff down in writing otherwise they will come back at you and change things. So the day before my wedding it was snowing like crazy and i knew it would be inside. I got a phone call from Anissas assistant Jessica. She contacted me and said that the main floor where my ceremony was to be was in a mess and the floor was partly ripped up. I was upset but understood and said that was fine. So the day of my wedding I get there and see that the main floor was booked with a luncheon. So I looked in the door and it looked fine to me, the floor was in great shape and it was all set up for a luncheon. So I went up the stairs to the second floor and half of the room for my ceremony was set up for a ceremony and the other half for a luncheon. I asked Jessica why I was on the second floor since I noticed there was a luncheon on the main floor. She looked dumbfounded and said oh it was my misunderstanding. I said interesting I thought you said that the floor was torn up and that is why i am on the second floor. This girl was not the best at lying. I think that this company/owner/employees should tell the truth instead of lying or at least try harder because people are not stupid and shouldn't be treated like they treated my family and I. So I went to the brides room and Anissa Jessicas boss came in and said it is my fault we booked too many events and since your colors are the same as the luncheon that comes after your ceremony we put you in the same room. Then she came at me and said what was the amount we set on? $400. I said no you said $150. While in the room myself and my sister were very annoyed and upset that they had lied to us. She asked me if i wanted a diet coke and if my sister wanted a diet coke to calm us down. Very insulting and not a good way to handle things. So she left and came back and said ok i talked to the owner and you can have it for $150 and i want you to know you are getting a very good deal. She stated over and over how awesome of a deal I got. I thought bi i would have gone somewhere else if i knew you were going to put me on a different floor than i wanted, try to change the price, and treat me and my family like we were not paying customers since we only paid $150 and not $400. I say a paying customer is a paying customer no matter how much they spend. So we had the ceremony, it started at 11 and by 11:30 they were started to push the guests out so that the luncheon party could come in. They rushed my photographer and rushed my family. I got only a few pictures and while pictures were taken they were pushing tables out for the luncheon and talking about how upset we were in front of other guests. The other party shouldn't have been able to come in while we were still barely finishing the ceremony. My sister spoke to the owner and stated that I didn't pay the full amount and that they always book lots of things back to back. My sister said if she had paid the $400 would it have been any different and he said no. This place is horrible the staff is rude, lies and needs to find a different occupation. After I was told that i was getting a good deal by Anissa she said please don't put a bad review for us. I thought lady don't tell me what to do. It was my wedding day and it was wonderful and i loved it but if I could go back I would take my business elsewhere. That place was too stressful and come on who likes to be lied to. I am sure people have had good experiences here but I am not one of them.

We hired Danielle to photograph our wedding after seeing her work on our friends' wedding. We were impressed with her work (mainly how well she managed the guests) on the day, and our initial impression was confirmed when we saw the photos come in. We booked her for both an engagement shoot and the actual wedding. Neither my wife nor I are particularly good at taking photos. We have a hard time taking ourselves seriously, and were a bit nervous about a long photo session. Danielle made us feel relaxed and freed us to have fun with the photo shoot. She gave us pointers about how to feel and look natural while she was snapping away. She has a great eye for picking out good locations and backdrops. Even locations we were a bit skeptical about came out very well. This gave us even more confidence in her abilities going into the big day. On the wedding day itself she captured all the key points, some touching and beautiful moments, positioned herself so she could capture those moments without really being noticed by us or the guests, and we like to think she had a good time while doing it. She also got a lot of photos of the place, decorations, and ambiance, which we didn't think to ask for and are very happy to have. Her editing work is detailed, subtle, and excellent. In addition to being stunning, the delivered photos were easy to work with and share. Danielle is a great talent. We're very grateful to have such wonderful photos of our big day. Unequivocally. I have gotten SO many compliments on these photos. They will capture you at your best. Your absolute best! If you're looking for photos with a lot of natural light and a "romantic" look, look no further. You will feel like you should be in a bridal magazine! Personableness: 5 stars. Absolutely wonderful humans. You will want them to be your friends by the end of this! My wedding party also fell in love with Michaela and Josh! Professionalism: 5 stars. Michaela is so so so organized and I just love how she runs her business. This is so key if you're planning your own wedding without a planner. She is honest and transparent. Payment: To be honest, I love that she had a payment system so that it auto-deducted over 8-10 months. It's so nice to not have the traditional huge lump sum payment when all the other vendors are also asking for their final payments. After our venue, Michaela and Josh (Moose Studio) were the first vendors we booked. I was in Shanghai at the time when I interviewed them, so I stayed up until midnight and they woke up early at 6am to accommodate my schedule. Huge kudos and thanks to them for being so accommodating for just a client meet and greet. We talked for an hour and it went by so quickly, and honestly after the meeting, I just knew that they were going to be our photographers. Just goes to show, I should always trust my gut. In the package that we chose, we got free engagement photos and I highly recommend getting your engagement photos done with your wedding photographer if you can! If you don't like their photos, or just don't vibe, there will still be time to change course. Thankfully, we didn't need that at all. Michaela made us feel so at ease; we have never taken professional photos before and we definitely needed to be put at ease. We were laughing throughout the whole day and truly had fun with it! Michaela sent out a cute little gift with a magazine she printed herself (with gorgeous photos and chock full of tips!) as well as some champagne gummies. The magazine included tips for what to wear during the engagement shoot which I relied on heavily the few weeks before our shoot. Our photos turned out amazing. We even used two of them for our guestbooks at the wedding (we made them into puzzles that we framed and will display proudly wherever we live!) We have gotten so many compliments on them over the years. Years? Yes, you read that right. OG Covid bride here! We were supposed to get married April 2020 but alas, the world had other plans. Michaela and Josh were so incredibly supportive throughout this whole process and made sure they were available for every postponed date. Finally, two postponements later, we JUST had our wedding. Michaela and Josh have such a fun vibe and are so positive and encouraging, and tell you exactly what to do. It was as if no time had passed, and just like old friends, we picked up where we left off! They were honestly probably just as excited as we were to get married! Even though Michaela and Josh are super nice, Josh does have a loud voice and will turn it on "stern mode" to help you corral the cats you otherwise call "wedding guests". It saved us a lot of extra waiting around when you have a bjillion other things to do. I've gotten a few sneak peeks thus far, and the photos are once again GORGEOUS. Has someone casually asked if I'm actually a supermodel? Why yes. I can't wait for the whole album to drop soon! A few of my wedding guests have even asked if they do newborn photos! Selfishly, I hope they start doing them soon!
