We had a terrible experience with this company. Let me explain our situation; We went to the…read morecompany Friday evening. We were at the store almost 2 hours because the internet they were using was not high speed and they couldn't download our contract. They told us the internet would be set up most like Monday, but no later than Tuesday. On Wednesday the internet service workers arrived. They attempted to drill holes into the walls to install wires to run the internet. Our building administrator told them they could not drill holes. The Orange internet service workers said it was alright because the wires were already installed, but they needed a different box(In other words they were going to install wires for no reason at all in the first place.). The service workers apologized and said we would have the box and internet no later than Friday. Friday would be one week waiting for internet. Later I received a follow up phone call from Orange ensuring they would arrive on Friday after 5 pm. On Friday we called Orange after 5 pm since the internet service providers had not arrived. They said the internet would not arrive today and they weren't sure why they told us it would. They said it would possible arrive on Saturday, but definitely by Monday. However, they said to contact them on Saturday if it does not arrive. On Saturday we attempted to contact them 5 different times. They did not answer nor did they return our message. It is now Monday; one week and 3 days later. Orange contacted us this morning. They told us that they cannot come today and will be able to set our internet up on Wednesday. Upset we told them that was unacceptable and they need to come today like they had previously stated. They said they cannot come today and the reason they couldn't come earlier is due to having problems finding our address..... The same address they were at to set up our internet on Wednesday! When we said Orange came earlier to our address they said, "Well, we have other appointments today.". We asked for a supervisor and the service provider said that they would call us back in an hour because it is difficult to contact them. We will not be using Orange as they are the worst internet service provider we have ever attempted to use. This has been a terrible experience that has gone on over a week and a half. Ridiculous. I would suggest any other company over Orange.
