I filed a small claims court petition and when it came time for the Orange County sheriff to serve the individual he was nowhere to be found I ended up doing a Google for a private investigator and found this company so I gave them a call and had the pleasure of doing business with Ali. This review is for their investigator Ali, who I had the pleasure of working with during our process. My wife and I had been awarded the max judgement for a small claims case and were having difficulty collecting from our debtor. After essentially giving up on trying to collect on this debt, we begun the process of reaching out to various companies in the hopes that somebody would give us a somewhat decent amount to buy the judgement from us. We were contacted by Ali from ODA who urged us not to sell them our debt, at least not yet, because they were confident they could collect the full judgement for us. My wife and I were hesitant, but after speaking with Ali on the phone a couple of times, we decided to retain their services. It was a difficult process, but eventually through many different types of litigation and persistence of throwing everything in the pipeline against our debtor as possible, we finally received payment from our debtor for roughly 85% of the judgement, with an agreement the rest would come next month.
