Once I arrived home one half of my whole lamination had a scratch right on the middle of the whole roll. Thats 50ft in the trash and the funny thing is that they charged me for this. Another time I got a new Roland vinyl sticker roll as matte. I was working on my project and was ready to use the material when I realized it was labeled wrong and it was gloss instead of being matte and full if fingerprints everywhere. It was 9pm when I noticed. I can keep going, avoid this location at all costs unless u really need to. Some workers there don't have any pride on their work or hate their job. They Wouldn't accept my return on an unused, brand new with tags item because I didnt have my receipt. I understand my responsibility to have a proof of purchase. However to not even have an exchange or store credit offered when clearly the item still had their original price tags on it is absurd. They could have issued me store credit, charged a restocking fee, and they would still have us as customers. Store credit would not only guarantee a return customer, but it would also show ' good faith ' and appreciation to their customers. We wont be returning. And im sure thats exactly what they wanted given how they treat people.

It was massive. They have seasonal summer flowered that are rather expensive, most of which are $9-$10 per bunch. Luckily there are spring season flower sales, which range from 30-50%. Some of the florals and greens are more realistic than others. However, these would be great and timeless alternatives for event decor. The baking section was pretty good too. They had a lot of the kitchen ware in stock, like pans, plastic cutting boards, cake packaging, etc. I personally got 2 kitchen oven mits, which were good quality and was priced competitively compared to other stores. The store also has a coupon deal of 30% off one item. They were kind enough to advertise at entrance right by the door. The customer service here is also very friendly. At the cashier check-out, a kind lady helped me check the price of something. I noticed she patiently did the same for others with a great attitude.
