Year 2000: Ever since I became a registered nurse/ Nurse Practitioner I have always wanted to work…read morein field of aesthetic/ Cosmetics. I was told by a few companies, in order to work in aesthetic as a nurse I would need previous training and at least 2 yrs of experience. So I searched on the internet for several years only to find that California had no aesthetic programs. The available aesthetic program was so far away. So jumping on a plane, paying for hotel expenses, rental car expenses and $14.989.00 for tuition was not feasible for me at that time. So pretty much I was discouraged and ended my search. My passion and desire for aesthetic still had the highlight of my thoughts, meaning my search ended but my passion remained alive! I admired every nurse who had a career in the aesthetics specialty. Sixteen Years Later 2016: I am really fortunate to have a very secure career as a nurse practitioner, however my passion for aesthetic/Cosmetics/ beautification is still at my highest desire and because of this burning desire I decided to begin my search to work in the field of aesthetic. Year 2017: Finally I found a company who provides aesthetic training in Los Angeles County!!!!!! I was so elated!!! Aesthetic Pro Workshop!!! The training was 1 week, lots of information, hands-on experience using state of the art equipment. I was somewhat nervous in the beginning, questioning if I could really learn all of the different modalities in 1 week. Emily's' calmness and support throughout the training helped me feel less intimidated and I was able focus on learning the skills necessary to be proficient in aesthetic. Dr. Kirby & Nurse Practitioner Emily brought a wealth of knowledge to our training and before I knew, I was very comfortable with Laser Tattoo Removals, Laser Hair Removal, Cool-sculpting, Clear+ Brilliant, injecting Botox and much more! Yes, that's right. The most valuable part of the classes was the classroom discussions & the hands on training. Aesthetic Pro Workshop provided us with an environment conducive for learning and practicality. I was able to bring someone to inject and another to lase their tattoo. The team made everyone feel welcome and safe. There were plenty of models used to perform the treatments. I'm so happy that I finally took the steps to move into this field of medical aesthetics but more so I am fortunate to have found this training. Aesthetics here I come!!!!! If you are looking to become an aesthetic nurse/nurse practitioner/PA, then Aesthetic Pro Workshop is definitely the place to advance your education. You will gain the confidence and skills needed to be safe and successful. Also, once you completed the training, your education and support does not end, you will always have resources and a team who is behind you 100%! I would highly recommend this Aesthetic Pro Workshop and learning from the best! Michele

Then I stumbled upon Aesthetic Pro Workshop! I work full-time and have kids; APW allowed me to go at my own pace to watch the online training videos. I learned so much about all of the latest and greatest aesthetic procedures, in a short amount of time, and at an extremely reasonable price! The on-line videos are clear, thorough, high quality, fun, and professional. My favorite part was learning neuromodulators and fillers from the expert dermatologist, Dr. Will Kirby! I was always nervous about injectables, but he was able to explain the process so well and really boosted my confidence! I also attended the in-person demonstrations to get hands-on experience. The facility, which is in the heart of Beverly Hills, is new and beautiful, and the staff members are welcoming, friendly, and are truly experts in aesthetics. I had a blast, and felt so comfortable learning alongside other medical professionals who also shared an interest in aesthetics. The best part- I know that adding this certification to my resume will make me stand out to future aesthetic employers, and in a competitive field, that is priceless to me. I honestly recommend this workshop to any medical professional that wants to gain the most expert level knowledge in aesthetics!!!!

Perhaps a bit too much about "evidence based practices" (meaning the statistical basis... but, I suppose I could not complain because right now people not considering "evidence based practices" is one of the most important failures of our society...). Perhaps a video showing it done well, and a second video showing what happens when done in a confrontational manner.

Dr. Anne Reith (Psychologist/Reiki & Karuna Master/Medium) is one amazing healer and teacher. I…read morehave been fortunate to train at this center to become a Reiki Practitioner. I came to know about Reiki and its healing modality due to my vision loss. I have been receiving this energy healing from a Reiki master. What is Reiki? It is a form of alternative medicine, which can be referred as energy healing/therapy. The practitioner use their hands to transfer divine energy into their patients. Reiki has speed up the recovery process of my eye injection. Additionally, It has balanced my chakras and removed energy blocks . I love my job as a mental health clinician, therefore, I will not be changing my career to practice as a Reiki Practitioner. However, I decided to learn Reiki so I can heal myself. I was referred to this place by a friend and I have been hooked ever since Since I have been coming to this school, I have been practicing Reiki on myself, family, friends and co-workers. I must admit that I didn't realized how much Impact I was able to make by giving free sessions. I have been able to treat patients with their emotional and physical pain, which patients have been afraid to tell others. Since I was little, I have always known I am extremely intuitive and have psychic ability, but I was never open to explore this side of me. By learning about Reiki, I somehow unknowingly developed and heightened my clairaudience, clairsentience and clairvoyance abilities to another level. Now when I do a Reiki session, I would receive message from the dead, spirit guides and angels. I am able to use my mental medium to communicate with spirits through the use of telepathy. I would get messages from spirits in form of ability to hear, see, know and sense to bridge between the spiritual and physical world. This has been a great healing tool for patients to heal and grieve As I go through this path of spiritual journey, I am glad I found this center and Anne. I am grateful God has granted me another gift/tool to become a better healer on this earth. Thank you Anne for all you do. You have been a light in my world. You have awake my soul to be the lightworker that I meant to be

Still love the lovely yoga/healing center that the Sanctuary offers but the space is amazingly large at the Golden Circle location! Each time I did attend Anne's class at the Sanctuary, her class size was getting bigger and bigger and we were running out of space to accommodate. This time around, the space is ginormous and can handle the equally ginormous amount of people who trickle through the doorways. If anything changed, it's that the place feels so comfortable and cozy that you almost want to sleep...believe me, I know because I've fallen asleep during a meditation. Another thing, the parking is abundant and very accommodating for all people to come and explore their spirituality.
