The individuals that own and manage this so-called business are in fact nothing more than liars. I…read morehad a written agreement in place to purchase a boat and a $2000 deposit that supposedly secured that boat. However, these lying callous sold the boat to someone else less than two business days after I made a deal with them.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with GRANDER MARINE!! We wanted to buy a Blackfin center console boat that…read morethey had listed online, and were told we could put down a $500 deposit to hold it since it was a Saturday (05/02/26). Instead, we offered a $1,000 deposit, which we later increased to $2,000, to show our commitment. On Tuesday (05/05/26), we checked in with the financial manager and were assured that the boat was still available and everything was fine, especially since we still had 72 hours left on the signed agreement. The next day, GRANDER MARINE was notified that we planned to finalize the purchase and pick up our new boat. To our shock and disappointment, we were told the boat had been sold the day before -- Tuesday!! Fast forward-- the salesman, who did nothing wrong, was fired. The CEO of GRANDER MARINE called and admitted that we had been wronged. He then promised to make it right by offering us a better deal on another comparable boat to a Blackfin. As of today (05/22/26), communication has ceased, and we still do not have a boat. Bottom line: it's about INTEGRITY, and GRANDER MARINE clearly lacks this trait! While many people may have positive stories, this one event should speak volumes about their business ethics -- and, unfortunately, about the kind of human beings they are.

Gulf Shores Power Sports & Marine - Boat after 5 1/2 weeks at GSPS service department

All communication was initiated by us with each call resulting in a "your boat is next in line" or "your boat should be completed by today". Due to cost we declined the onboard charger - twice. At 5 weeks we informed the service department that we would be picking up our boat the following Wednesday. We called again on Tuesday to remind them. The boat service was not completed - the mister pump had not been installed. The warranty director asked us to give them 15 mins. We came back 30 minutes later. Our boat was filthy. We can only hope the service was done correctly. We will never use this service again and do not recommend them.

When I tried to look in the trunk She said ,oh they locked it but never offered to go get the key. She stood there not saying a word, I sat on it and said "are you guys discounting this since it's a 25 model" she says no we don't discount ,this bike just came in (even though it's February 26 ) someone will want the bike. I walked out disgusted, I felt like a second class citizen not a 50 year rider retired with money

Paradise Marine Center - Faulty/burnt wiring found by independent mechanics. Also noted that it was wired incorrectly to the wrong battery.

We have only dealt with the parts department. I'm a typical handyman and do many boat/outboard…read morerepairs myself. The Paradise Marine parts department has been very friendly and helpful. Sometimes I don't know exactly how to repair something but I tear into it anyway. They have been knowledgeable and willing to share their expertise. Good folks to deal with.

This review is about safety, misrepresentation, and accountability…read more From day one, critical warning signs were dismissed. A red power-steering warning light appeared during the sea trial and was explicitly brushed off by the salesperson. After purchase, the steering intermittently failed--an obvious safety risk. An independent mechanic later discovered severe damage to the steering system, including scorched wiring and a failed pump requiring nearly $7,000 in repairs. I was never provided service records despite requesting them. The boat was also delivered with standing water inside the hull, disabling the bilge system. I found this out during pre-checks and then again on the water. The response from sales was dismissive and unacceptable. Communication failures were constant: * Parts "ready" but missing * Conflicting answers from staff * Wasted trips * No follow-through Escalating to the parent company resulted in a call from the GM telling me it was no longer his issue. This was my first boat purchase outside of kayaks. It has been an expensive and deeply disappointing lesson. I am now pursuing formal remedies.
