Since we had a ten year old Kenmore and Sears no longer exists, we decided to replace with a GE Profile (made in USA) Paul was experienced, professional and patient with us, and he assisted us in finding a replacement which met all of our needs at a competitive price. He was able to schedule replacement and installation within 48 hours, with their experienced full time employees. This was the first refrigerator we ever had to replace during our 62 year marriage, and Paul made us feel so comfortable with the entire process, we elected to also replace our 14 yr old original dishwasher, in order to match the refrigerator. Although the dishwasher required installation by an outside vendor with electrical and plumbing training, Bill Smith was their exclusive customer, and both appliances were delivered the same day as promised, and installed by properly trained technicians.
