I brought a return to this UPS store. It was a red dress from Macys. The package was open when I…read morebrought it into the store bc I didn't have packing tape at home. A young woman working there scanned my package and handed me a receipt. I asked about buying tape so I could seal the package. She said she would seal it. The package came back to me so I assumed it never made it back to Macys. I brought the package to UPS store, got the same young ladies, they said the return label was blank. Called Macys got a new return label brought back to UPS store. Same young woman told me it was the wrong label. I finally opened the package at home and found it was not the red dress it was a cheap tan pantsuit and a note from Macys that the return could not be accepted bc it was not a Macys item. So I'm pretty positive they stole my red dress return and sent the pantsuit back to Macys in its place.

This place Is shit. Do not ever go there…read more We sat for 4 hours then they took dinner! Yes dinner! So we got there at 11:00am. At 1:00 thay told us 1 more person then us. Another lady came in got seen when it was supposed to be our turn, at about 2:30. I asked what was going on, we were next? I was told sorry for the confusion but no you're not. It'll be 15 more mins. By 3:05, still nothing! We had to find someone to give us our paperwork back and we left. 4 hours wasted and now we have to go elsewhere and do this all over again! I'm sure they know how long each person takes... they should have told us it could be 3-4 hours. They obviously told the girl who took our spot, b/c we never even saw her in the waiting room until 5 mins before Martin took her back! Bottom line, they should have given warning... that's fair! Warn everyone tho!
