I arrived to my appointment early per the request of Advent, however , I still had a wait despite being the only person there. Once I was called back, Lorinda was my CT scan technician. She is awesome. I remembered her from the last time I was there. She made sure I was comfortable & she explained the entire process in detail to ease my worries. She also was a pro a finding one of my stubborn veins since I needed to do a scan with contrast. The building is newer and so are the machines. It's clean & a great location.

The appointment time was 5:15 and we arrived on time. We have been to this location before and have had good experiences with the technicians and staff. The technician took my family member back at 5:54 for the imaging. Everyone has been very polite and kind. You can tell they care about the quality of care their patients receive.

After signing online I immediately received a call from Stephanie asking if I was ready to make my first appointment! The office is very well put together and Stephanie is very professional and super sweet. On my appointment day I waited less than 5 minutes to see Dr Farooq and he did not made me feel rushed during my consultation. He paid close attention to my health concerns and took the time to explain me things in a way I could understand. I even seen people who came in 20 minutes after I came and checked in and get called back before me. This is beyond frustrating. I know most clinic does walk ins and all that jazz however sitting here since 9:15 for my appointment and it's now 30 minutes AFTER my appointment time and I'm still stuck here waiting to be called is completely ridiculous, I have a job I work and this is making me extremely late to work because they can NOT honor appointment times.
