The Dr. didn't listen to me on why we were there. Instead, he tried showing me a video of Jennifer Lopez talking about vaccines. Yes, he was pushing the importance of vaccines on me even though my son was 3 days old. I'm not anti-vax, just there to get his heart murmur checked. 3. The answers the Dr. did give were not to me, but to his assistant. I literally had to stop him and ask him to direct what he was saying to me. 4. Ultimately, the Dr.'s methods were "interesting" and not a fit for us. We found a pediatrician out in Temecula that we're willing to drive an hour for. Worth it!! The two stars are for the office staff that was trying and bc it's in a medical plaza...I think.
