Options for Southern Oregon leaves much to be desired when it comes to personal care. Whether that is from the psychology department, the psychiatry department, the normal "doctors", or even the front desk. My experience is for the location on Harbeck Rd. but there wasn't a designated yelp page for it. This last year(2019) I went through 3 doctors in such a short time span because they kept leaving the clinic. Currently I have Lori Krayer who isn't even a doctor and it shows. She brings out her phone to google pretty much every symptom you mention. She doesn't have the mental resources to make educated decisions without it. Very sad, for both patients and herself. She forgets to return calls, she forgets to do anything about blood tests. I have seen 2 psychologists. 1 I fired because she was very insensitive. Her name was Robin, I believe. I then was seeing Luke... and other than the fact that he needs to shower more thoroughly and clip his nails regularly- he also didn't do much for me. He was someone to talk to... but not good for someone with trauma. The psychiatrist was no better...Krista, but I fired her and then 2 months later received a letter from her saying that she was leaving the clinic and so I would no longer be her client... uhhh... I hadn't been her client in a while- so thanks for that. I've been in pain daily for years and I don't ask for pain killers because I know that the moment I do I'll be treated like a drug seeker- thanks to the beautiful statistics of Southern Oregon... but I digress... I STILL GET TREATED LIKE A DRUG SEEKER. I don't even take over the counter tylenol and I can't get proper treatment for ANY ailment. Not a single one. Oh, and when I finally got treatment for my ADHD(which has been established for TWENTY YEARS)... it lasted for 1 month before the front desk lady- Tammie, or Tami or Tammy... Idk, the fat one with the attitude... she was like, "Why is Krayer prescribing this to you?" And then the next time I came in Krayer said she could no longer prescribe it to me becasue she wasn't allowed to.... so I talked to the psychiatrist- Krista- who told me that wasn't true. That Lori Krayer is allowed to prescibe meds for ADHD and "She probably just didn't want to deal with it." So my daily needs don't get to be met. My sleep isn't dealt with, My adhd, my pain, my gastro issues, my skin issues... not a single thing has been adequately cared for by Options. I feel miserable. I feel like I have no where to turn because of this clinic. I have state insurance and that leaves me with little to no options... ironic... Our son is a paranoid, delusional Schizophrenic and refuses taking medicine, he's mentally ill people! You expect him to make a positive move to healing!! You say you can't do anything unless he harms himself or someone else! Really!! That's insane!! Seriously, that's itself is insanity! My husband and I are sick to death of this BS! Cops can't do anything, you can't do anything! Well guess what will happen... Someone will die or be killed and it's on you! We've provided everything we could to prove he's a danger!! Talking does nothing!! Except line your pockets for those who make money! He's not poor enough to get a free nothing kinda help!! Help? What's that!! Giving them a right to choose to be mentally ill, well because, mentally ill people don't know they're mentally ill! NO it's not because they want to do drugs, smoke or drink! Those are from being mentally ill! Those are all sickness related problems! Options is a joke! They don't help! They're a joke! If it's talking you want to do, call me... Our son lives with us! We're so very sad and let down by Asante Three Rivers calling the Crisis people and they say, he doesn't fit the"Criteria" he doesn't say he's going to kill himself or anyone else! Right, because he's got a strong Constitution? Not!! He's manipulative, Deflecting everything, it's not me! It's everyone else! He's being poisoned, by everyone! McDonald's, Human Bean, Work, us his parent's! That's okay... He has an eating disorder, that's okay! People stop picking on the mentally ill... There's absolutely NO help!!
