I walked into General Optica and asked if they could fix my clip-ons. Since they were made to clip on over my glasses in the USA, I was not very optimistic. The staff were very kind and extremely helpful. Calle Imagen took my broken sunglasses, started searching for the right hardware, and ended collaborating with a colleague, and they were like new!
