The doctor was amazing and answered all of my questions and concerns. I ended up having to wait a bit longer past my appointment, which is fine but the three stars is due to one of the workers not wearing a mask. I called ahead of time to ensure that masks were being required, to which they guaranteed me they were. However, once I arrived, all of the employees but one did not have a mask on, which left me extremely uncomfortable. I did note my discomfort and kept my distance for my safety but the entire time that I was there, which was approx. 40 minutes, she did not put a mask on. For whatever reasons she may have, I should have been notified when I called prior to my appointment. I honestly would not have gone had I known. this place is awesome! I came in for a contact lense eye exam and the guy who helped me was super nice, professional, and quick. for $65 i got the exam, plus two pairs of contacts to try out. I go back next week for a follow-up exam (free of charge) and then I have the option of purchasing the contacts through them or just taking the prescription home so i can order them online. seriously, you cannot find a better deal than this. although it isnt SUPER close to the train, the q55 drops you right there. even walking from the myrtle-wyckoff stop on the L really wasn't bad at all. i highly recommend this place read more

I came here with a voucher from Groupon, $30 eye exam and $250 towards designer frames and free standard glasses. It was a great deal, the doctor was very nice and he payed close attention. The man who helped me gave me armani exchange frames for $30 less so that was awesome. The only problem which is pretty huge to me is that I don't like the glasses at all. I chose them without wearing contacts or anything so I couldn't see myself trying on frames. The woman helping me choose liked these on me so I trusted her but when I came to pick them up and saw myself through the lenses, I was horrified. He is the most cordial, pleasant, caring, and patient person I have ever met when it comes to dealing with people. I was a little nervous when I entered his store, but that changed instantly. He gave me a lot of his time trying to help me pick my glasses which was hard since there was such a variety. He never once rushed me, even though there were other people waiting. Worst service ever!!! order took over 3 weeks and the rip you off so much. they give each customer a different price. They make you think that they gave you a very good deal but they actually don't. Plus he lied on my prescription and he put different numbers on my contacts so he can make sure that I go back to him and order my contacts. Never again!! SUPER SERVICE!!! I have had issues with my eyesight for the past 2 years, but being somebody who has anxiety over the usual doctor appointments, I kept putting off an exam. However, after tripping on my feet too many times to count this week, I finally decided that I needed to do something about my blurry vision, so I shopped around for the best optometrist in my area. I had read the reviews of a multitude of optical offices, but I was not happy with the other customers experiences, until I found the gleaming reviews of Optical Warehouse. Those were good enough for me, and so I did not make an appointment and decided to just walk in. Tony, who runs the storefront, was wonderful. He was friendly, hilarious and very accommodating, even though there were a few patients waiting ahead of me, and I did not call beforehand. The waiting time zoomed by with jokes, free donut offers, and me trying on every pair of glasses in the store (hey, I'm a woman!). I did not feel rushed in any way, which was awesome. When my turn came around for the eye exam, I was greeted by the doctor, who was very warm and personable. He took the time with me during the appointment to make sure I had the perfect fit. I highly recommend this place, if you need new glasses or an eye exam. They are so helpful, treat you like family, and don't try to upsell you on anything. Right as I was passing by on a Sunday afternoon, I decided to go in and make an appointment. I was accepted to be seen right away and was out of the office with a new prescription in 30 minutes. The price for my contacts was also slightly cheaper than from other places I've bought them from before. I used to pay about $75 for my Acuvue II Oasis but at the Optical Warehouse it came out to be about $65. The weird thing is that while I was there, they kept asking me if I wanted to buy glasses as well. They never mentioned getting a separate appointment for glasses. When I went back later that week to pick up my contacts, they again asked if I wanted to buy glasses, which I didn't. I recently found glasses.com and purchased some glasses that I really liked and could afford. Glasses.com has been calling to get my prescription from Optical Warehouse for a week now. They are always told that they have to call back later and that they have to speak to the doctor. On Friday, I was told that glasses.com had to call back on Monday. Today, they were able to speak to someone but now Optical Warehouse is saying that they don't have a glasses prescription so they can't do anything. It is weird that they are saying that now when all last week, this was never the case. It seems as though they don't want to release my prescription to another business because I am not buying from them. If it weren't for this whole glasses fiasco, I'd give them 4 stars. read more

The only thing is that he didn't have one of my trial pairs available in the store, so i had to take one lower prescription. According to the reviews my husband decided to try this place. We were happy with the person at the store who sold my husband his frames. I explained we came to this establishment due to the reviews on yelp. Well we gave a deposit for the glasses on July 8. After going back several time because the prescription was not right, finally today Aug 15, over a month later, the glasses were still not acceptable. My husband is frustrated going back several time and now he has no glasses. The person at the store told him to dispute the charge for the frames which they were unable to fill correctly. Now I am having trouble explaining this to my credit card company. So sorry I took a chance with this store. read more
