I mailed again and then called them , but a missed call. they called me back in about 10 mins and asked me to bring it down to the shop. I went down, the guy tested it and we realised it needed a new screen the screen was replaced for 1500Kc - 20 mins to replace the screen great service and i would recommend without any issue :))) Also, both people at the place spoke great English and communication was not a problem in any way
