Established in 2014. Happy Tax CEO Mario Costanz founded the company on December 13, 2014. He started a side tax business on the side in addition to his mortgage banking and real estate development to his enterprise. In 2009 he converted his tax business to a franchise and grew that to 99 locations. When he exited that business, he started the franchise company Happy Tax. In 2017 Happy Tax was ranked #42 on Entrepreneur Magazine's List of Fastest-Growing Franchises. Our CEO was also recently named the "One To Watch" on Accounting Today's 2017 Top 100 Most Influential People list. Happy Tax has built our team to over 1,000 partners nationwide. Dustin Laurie is an independent tax preparer serving clients in and around the Southern Tier NY/PA area. Since launching his practice in 1999, Dustin has become a trusted partner among those who are serious about maximizing their bottom line, and making sure their taxes are prepared perfectly. He has grown his practice from ten to over 750 clients and now operates from two office locations, helping him expand his reach even further. From day one, Dustin's mission has remained constant: to provide clients with the training and tools needed to maximize the growth of their businesses. Dustin works and lives by the philosophy that a rising tide raises all boats, so he works hard to ensure clients in his community understand how to keep their books in perfect order, thereby giving them the freedom to grow, provide for their employees, and keep the local economy rolling forward.
