They both said no so she said there were no more frappes for the night, they all turned around and walked away. Very disappointing that the employees are allowed to choose if they want to work while on the clock. We waited 7 more minutes at the register to buy our chocolate before they came back to the register. My family checked out in 2 transactions and we were told after paying that if we did one transaction we would have qualified for a free gift. I've never left a Lindt store anywhere in the world so disappointed and regretting a purchase.
