I know the Owner, General Manager, Service Manager and many others at this RV dealership . I worked at another RV dealership in the South Sound area for over a half decade and I can tell you that you will not find a more fair, customer friendly dealership with the integrity that Open Road RV has. You will not get gouged, their price points are very low for the quality of merchandise offered. This is a small dealership that understands that customer satisfaction is the only thing that allows them to continue to provide a living for themselves and their families. I am an individual who either worked directly for or know the owners and senior managers at the top tier of the major RV dealers in Western Wa. There is not a single dealership aside from Open Road RV that would go out of their way to make sure every customer is treated right with continued support when there are problems. If you have owned an RV, you know there will be problems: leaks, manufacturing defects, etc. Every RV is hand made, most often in the mid-west, by inexpensive labor. That being said, Open Road turns over there inventory very efficiently, and has an excellent process reducing problems at delivery. If there is a problem, you can be sure that you will NOT be ignored, and the dealership will honor it's obligation to deal with any issue in a very timely and fair manner. You can take a chance on the "big" dealerships and get pushed aside with the crowd, or deal with these folks and know that you will be valued and treated the way you should be. read more

Wow, I just bought my brand new North Trail RV from Open Road in Monroe. My Salesman is Jeff Wiediger in the Monroe office. I met Jeff last year when I quickly stopped in on a whim to look at some trailers. Jeff took the time to meet me, and showed me everything I asked to see without hesitation. His demeanor and attitude are what brought me back to Open Road to make my purchase. Jeff stayed with me from START to FINISH. While other dealerships leave something to be desired, Jeff Wiediger is a true JEM in the field. He is professional, caring, and he does what he says he will do with no BS! He got me some extras that were unexpected but greatly appreciated! I highly recommend Jeff if you are looking for an RV. Dave in the shop is the walk-through guy and he too is fantastic with great customer service skills and tons of knowledge he is eager to share. I had purchased a new 2013 truck camper from another dealership the prior year. I had some warranty issues with the unit, and the dealer I had purchased the unit from was refusing to help after performing what I considered sub-par work. The truck camper manufacturer told me I could take the unit for repair where I wanted to. I took the unit to Open Road, despite them not being a dealer for this brand. The parts and service department were attentive, listening to my concerns and issues. Rob communicated to the warranty administrator what my issues were, getting items covered under warranty that had previously been denied. Not only that, but the quality of their work was beyond that of my high expectation. Keep in mind, if there is a long wait to have service work performed at Open Road (warranty or customer pay), there is a good reason for that: I am not the only one to discover this parts & service department. read more

Started my search over 6 months ago and visited every dealership locally and throughout the country. I visited both the Monroe location and Smokey point location of OpenRoad RV. My salesman was great and was very competent with his knowledge of the product. They worked with me on getting me a great deal on the trailer my wife and I wanted. I had some time constraints that they had to meet when I purchased. The service team gave me a call and scheduled my delivery day. They were able to accommodate me on my time. . Had a great experience with the staff at Open Road RV. My wife and I found a unit that we loved at the beginning of April and everyone here made the buying process simple. I am always skeptical of buying from a dealer, but Open Road has really changed my mind about that when it comes to RV buying. After spending all day at the RV show in Seattle on a Sunday we decided to head back home and visit Open Road RV. After phoning ahead they so graciously agreed to stay open late and await our arrival. Roland kindly walked around the lot with us in the cold, dark, rain, showing us a few travel trailer models. A couple of hours of negotiations and paperwork later, and we had our selves a trailer! They were very patient at negotiating a deal that worked with our budget. So, I saw the negative reviews, but decided to remain wary, yet go take a look. Total pleasant surprise! Not only was the trailer better than I expected, the service was amazing! I bought a 2008 Springdale. Rowland, the salesman was super low key, no pressure. They were willing to negotiate on the price and extras. Amanda in the service department was very communicative. Dennis met us for our walk thorough and was very through and explained every detail. The rig was detailed and looked brand new. New tires too! A great experience, and no problems. I walked into my dream RV at the Evergreen Fairgrounds in April 2018. I knew I wanted that beautiful, roomy RV aa we travel nearly all year for work! They help that RV until I got solid financing, and this after the finance mgr spent 5 days trying to get me financed! I picked it up on schedule, had an amazing walk through and bought extras with the $50 credit I received! I haven't had any issues until my thermistor went wacky. The customer service that we received from the parts department was top notch. They had to order the part for us, this was a Friday, and by Monday the sway bar had arrived. Rob from parts has followed up to make sure all is well. He also stayed in close contact the entire time. We have never been treated so well. We will definitely continue to use them for parts as well as for service when needed. Also when the time comes to purchase a new rig they will be our first choice. I was in Open road RV this weekend and was looking at a Forest River Thunderbolt XLR 395AMP 5th wheel. This thing has everything!! I like the place because they have everything I need from new trailers to parts and service. The truck I have is a 1/2 ton so the guy there John said he could hook me up with a 1 ton dully to pull the thunderbolt with. John was a huge help and I would recommend him for anything your looking for. read more

Awesome experience buying a truck from them, in and out, very easy. I dealt with Amanda, and she was very patient, I put a deposit on a truck sight unseen and it was a few days until I could come and see it, it all worked out and I was in and out in about an hour. Took my trailer in for repairs in October 2017. They still have not started the repairs. Would not recommend purchasing a RV/trailer from them because their service shop is horrible. Unbelievable read more
