The nail tech who did my pedicure left much to be desired. The 8th time he coughed on my feet I was getting grossed out. Then his nose ran to his upper lip and when I asked if they did Shellac (which they do) he wiped his face with the back of his hand. I didn't get my fingers done. My feet have been bathed. read more

My dad and I both went in for manicures. He just wanted a simple cut and shape. How can you mess that up? They did! He came out all jagged and has to go home to refile and shape! I needed a fill. The wife was so harsh with the grinder, had to walk out mid session! I have actual bruises on my nail beds from her trying to get them ready for the fill. I told 3 times she was hurting me... on the same hand! The 4th time I was done! I tried to pay for what she had already completed, but the tech was mad that I wasn't completing my service and wouldn't accept any money. I didn't see a nail tech certificate for her on the wall, which I should have questioned up front! Save your time, money, and nerves...Go anywhere else!!! Don't use this place! read more

They are very rude and the cleanliness is not up to par. I waited in the pedicure chair for an hour without water in the tub. When I asked for water, the tech was very rude and loudly insulting. read more

Went in for two pedicures, a fill, and to have one set of toes painted. When we told them what we wanted for fill, easily accomplished at any other nail salon we've been to, and how we wanted them to look we were met with very rude behavior from two of the technicians. We decided only to get the pedicures and forego the nail services. The pedicures were lackluster at best. Poor job of removing calluses and minimal effort in the massage portion. The atmosphere felt very much like we were just a hinderance they were ready to be rid of. It seemed that way for all their customers who were there at the same time we were. Unfortunately I strongly recommend not using their services. read more

Op Nails - what i got and what i wanted - Nail Salons Near Me - Woodward, Oklahoma

I was pleased with the service and how fast I was able to be seen. I appreciated them showing me a sample nail on the first two colors I picked. Although the color didn't turn out very well once it was on my nails, they offered to redo my nails today or tomorrow. They wanted me to be completely satisfied. I would recommend anyone to this business. read more
