I came in with thick, long nails that had regular nail polish on them and instead of removing the nail polish with acetone, she used two different files on my nails, then had the gaul to try to upsell me to get thicker dip because I have thin nails. She took off half of my nail bed and now I'll have to regrow thick nails again. The end product looks great, but I'll make sure to continually wash my hands and feet so that I don't get an infection with the unsanitary tools. Wouldn't recommend!
