There is plenty of parking right next the building with easy in and out. Also plenty of table seating. You can sit where you like and there isn't a long wait for service. We tried a few different dishes - starting with the Garlic roasted chicken wings. These tasty little gems are cooked crisp without the use of batter or flour; which we love, and served piping hot with a fried garlic and scallion topping. This addition really ups the taste factor! I loved this! Next we had our choice of entrees - they DO have a lunch menu but you can also order anything on the menu. The daughter had her standby Orange chicken (not a Thai dish but if she sees it on the menu she's goin for it!), the hubs had his favorite Thai dish, green curry, and I had one of mine, mixed stir fry veggies w shrimp. I also added Bean sprouts to my dish. Now my hubs only comment was that his curry was a little thin, not with the thicker bodied curry gravy that we are used to and, it wasn't as spicy as he would have liked; even though we told them Thai Hot and to NOT hold back on the spice lol. The flavor tho was good he said. My veggies were perfectly spiced and flavored, especially once I added the fish sauce and fresh chilies. The veggies are super fresh, cooked just crisp tender with lots of deep flavor. My spice was also perfect. The gravy is flavorful and satisfying eaten with perfectly cooked jasmine rice. All entrees have a choice of white or fried rice too! I Do hafta say though? Their fried egg rolls were fabulous! Burn ur tongue piping hot which I LOVE, while lightly fried to a GOLDEN golden brown. I love Thai egg rolls!! And these were exceptional. We also ordered drunken fried rice with no meat as a table side. Not sure what the Drunken part was but it was still good. Lol. A little more oily than I'm used to in a fried rice but flavor wise it was great! If you find urself in Roswell and are craving Thai food I definitely recommend checking out Lemongrass Thai, when our daughter starts here at NMMI it will DEF be a standing repeat stop for us!!

Kik's pad Thai is a generous portion, with fresh bean sprouts, and a wonderfully flavorful sauce that has just the right amount of heat. Their fried rice again was a generous portion. Great flavor. Great service. Great good. All at a reasonable price. Definitely putting this on my list of places to eat when in Roswell

Restaurant was clean and the bathroom was clean too. It's in a older building that used to be another franchise so you can tell it has some age and wear, but it's still taken care of and not run down. Portions were generous... we ordered the Hunan Special Dinner for 4 and took it to go. Everything was cooked fresh and packaged well, unfortunately that means no plated food photos for Yelp because we were hungry and just dug in... My only complaint was the flavor. For me it was a bit bland. I like a little more spice and punch, but that's personal taste not really a quality issue. So I'm landing at 3 stars... just because it wasnt my personal flavor profile doesn't mean you shouldn't try it. The owner clearly takes pride in the place and she's been around almost 20 years, plenty of locals seem to love her food.

An old KFC has been repurposed into the restaurant. Love that old buildings are being used with a renewed purpose. The hostess was friendly and personable. She was extremely patient as we, new comers, read through the menu. We ordered Shrimp Eggs Rolls, Hot and Sourand two dishes 1.) Shrimp, Hong Kong Style Crispy Noodles with combo chicken, shrimp, and beef, and 2.) Chicken with Broccoli which added up to about $50.00. Dinner for two, I think it is not bad. The portions are large. What we ordered was enough for two more people. While the food was cooked for American consumption, we were satisfied. Two foodies are self-proclaimed Asian food experts. This is the one place we look back at and dream to get an order of Pad Thai at.. the few months we lived in Portales, there's nothing really to do but walk around Walmart or get some Thai food.
