I am writing to express my deep concern regarding our experience with Ontario Protective Coating (OPC). After numerous attempts to contact them about their responsibility for the work done and the materials used, we have found it nearly impossible to reach them. They are not returning our phone calls, leaving us to believe that they are shirking their responsibilities.
Currently, our tenants are panicking as we have buckets placed around the facility to collect water that is leaking from the roof. This situation is not only causing significant inconvenience but is also damaging the panel walls in our showroom. To make matters worse, we have been unable to find another company willing to undertake the necessary repairs, as most roofing companies are unfamiliar with the product that OPC used.
I am attaching photos for your reference, which illustrate the extent of the damage we are dealing with.
My question is, how can a company operate so irresponsibly without responding to their obligations? I urge anyone considering hiring Ontario Protective Coating to conduct thorough due diligence based on my experience. I personally do not trust them and believe it is wise to approach them with caution.
