We had to draw her a picture of a fried egg in order to show what kind we wanted though...so come prepared with a pen! I stopped in bc it was my birthday and I wanted to redeem my free drink coupon. Instead, although they advertise that they do rewards, it wouldn't work and the gal behind the counter said American rewards accounts don't work for some reason... had the same issue in Paris earlier in the month. Because I had stood in line, I went ahead and ordered and paid, but it was frustrating. I will say, the staff were busy and very friendly and helpful, churning drinks out quickly and my non-fat macchiato was warm and delicious.
