I give them 5 stars on their facility: nice, cozy place and good location (right next to subway!) AND their communications department. They regularly send out letters stating you're "pre-approved" for a loan. I give them 4 stars on their decorations. They decorate very nicely and elaborately according to the season /holiday. I give them 3 stars on their customer service. The lady I talked to was friendly and nice yet ultimately couldn't really justify using their services. I give them 2 stars on their company overall... They used to be CitiFinancial (why the name change?-shady). They claim to offer personalized loan solutions based on a simple and straightforward application, with fixed rates, fixed payments, clear terms and multiple payment options... Sounds good right? Not so much... I give them 1 star on their interest rates. Their crazy ridiculous! I'm sure people could find themselves in situations when they must borrow at unbelievable high rates, but if you don't, then try other options! Consumers beware, A little history about this company. It was purchased by Springleaf I/E former General Finance. I used to borrow from Springleaf and as far back when they were called General Finance. They Purchased One Main to shed their negative recognition by name and ratings with unsatisfied customers. They are now a "d" tier, at best. Creditor advise from a sixty year old whom in my lifetime have dealt with at least fifty banks Credit unions as well as some of the described above. They are predatory lenders at best. Sure they help while your credit is less than perfect, but at what cost are you willing to pay? I would suggest signing up with a credit a Credit union ,and stay away from lenders who use your misfortune for their profits. read more

OneMain helped me out when no one else would and I appreciate that greatly. I consolidated several debts into one monthly payment that was easily manageable for me and our family's finances. My credit score has improved TREMENDOUSLY since. Yes, the interest rate is high, but I'm almost to a point where I'll be able to make some extra payments or be able to refinance elsewhere where I can get a better interest rate. Got one star only because I couldn't go lower. Spoke with Aaron at 918-922-8100 about the possibility of getting a loan to pay off high interest credit cards. We spoke about options. At the end of the call I told him I would think about it an get back to him if I was interested. I got MULTIPLE DAILY PHONE CALLS from this idiot. After the first day or two, I figured he would give up. I blocked the number. He left voice mails. Today the calls came at the following times: 08:38, 01:40, 02:17, 03:03. I finally STOPPED MY WORK DAY and called him back and told him this was bordering on harassment. I asked him to never call me again, and if he did, I would call the FCC and Tulsa Police Department and get the business reported for that harassment. He proceeded to tell me this was MY fault for not calling him back the day after we spoke. I asked to speak to his manager. "He's out to lunch right now." At 3:15PM??? Maybe, but I doubt it. I will call back to speak to that manager and let him know this kid needs to be schooled on how to sell the product, because calling over and over and over isn't doing him or the business any favors. I would not recommend this place yo anyone. The office we used was at 86th in Owasso, OK. The office manager is rude, the interest rates are ridiculous, & they use bad business practices to get you in the office. We was a customer with them for yrs when they were Springleaf Financial however when they were bought out by OneMain it went down hill. AGAIN I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM NOW. read more
