Since June 1 I've come multiple times to this "financial center", and only once has there been a business clients teller - and she obviously wasn't happy about being there. It's disappointing that BOA has considerably cut back on customer service - it's obvious in the long lines and miscommunication that business clients should come here. Why? They are a cult that saves money on brick and mortar buildings and don't reward there employees for there hard work. Woodforest wrecked my wife and financially my family. My wife has over 15 years in bank management and have applied for 20+ jobs and nobody calls her back after interview. I really feel that Woodforest has tarnished her image.
