After talking to my Lexus dealership we concluded that it was the 12v hybrid battery. So after USAA jumped started my car we drove to advance auto parts (after calling to confirm they had the battery we needed) and was faced with such GREAT customer service. EVERYONE we spoke to was super helpful! They had us come back because one of them was going on lunch and he said he'd help us change it out and do any computer work that was needed. I believe his name was Josh. He helped my husband and we are so grateful! This place is A1. After a stressful morning they literally saved our day! Highly recommend. Josh was great. But everyone there was super helpful and went above and beyond! Thank you Josh and Advance auto parts for saving the day! God is good!
